re: Ann: Adjourned Meeting of Demerger Scheme... Guys, I think it is just a legal thing that Demerger is treated like an IPO and the docs are written to satisfy ASIC regs and may not be legal outside Aust & NZ. SER would have no choice in this.
Graham, if you have an Australian address you can use why not just update your details to that address if you don't want to sell?
Another strong night for graphite on TSX with Northern moving to a new high. Not a lot sitting on the sell side for SER ATM, wouldn't be hard to see 17/17.5c today with a little volume.
Extension to demerger date leaves a bit more time for some trading action. This is getting interesting.
