"Labor has selected a Brisbane university student to contest a seat in outback Queensland which he has never set foot in.
Jack O'Brien lives in the leafy Brisbane suburb of Bardon, some 1000km east of the seat.
The electorate covers more than 320,000 square kilometres, taking in the towns of Blackall, Barcaldine and Birdsville.

What a pathetic, gratuitous insult. It certainly tells us what the labor party is really about. Unbelievable. Members of Parliament are elected to represent their constituents in Parliament. But hardly any of them do. They are obviously in it for what they can get out of it and the rest of us and the country can go to the dogs.

We're handy for paying labor's bills though.
