    "Operational changes" could mean a number of things. I get the feeling that they need money to get the crusher going because it is not profitable without it.
    Are they looking for a cornerstone investor? Could there be a takeover? It seems some people got information beforehand. It would be nice if all shareholders were treated equally!!
