"Operational changes" could mean a number of things. I get the feeling that they need money to get the crusher going because it is not profitable without it.
^^^ That's what I am hoping. They have approval for the crushing circuit. Need money, and the possibility that it's better to stop the toll treating at this time and either stop digging up ore, or start stockpiling it.
I don't believe it is going to be the Company going broke.
