I have been trying to find out whether shareholders need to vote on any re negotiation of convertible notes.

I have been told that this must happen for an extension of expiry date of options so would think it also the case for con notes as that materially affects the value of the company. I don't believe the board and management have the right to simply give Cygnet note holders favourble terms because they choose to?

Maybe it can be a part of an EGM where shareholders get to vote on a range of issues?

Removing the board would be one other resolution I would like to see
