Hey blokes

just spoke to the CFO

he said the max shares they can issue is 30% of the number of BUL shares currently on issue (722m)

which would mean the max number of shares they can issue is 216m, at $.0625 = 13.5 mill raised

he said the scale back would be proportional if it was oversubscribed

does anyone know how may holder of BUL are out there so we can work out if we will be oversubscribed if we all take our max allocation?
