Lets not forget that new manufacturing process is likely to be approved within 7 years. They say 5, but I doubt it.
That and the risk of revenue dropping off when one or more competitors enter the market will keep the value down IMO.
They would not enter such a transaction with rose-coloured glasses on.
They will want to make money; not break even.
