Spot on in all regards Rainmaker.
Private Equity would have funded 80% or so debt, and in 3 to 5 years sold at (depending on market and business performance) most likely anywhere between 20% and 100% above the enterprise value they paid, making somewhere between 100% and 500% on their capital in that time.
Would like it to be higher than $1.25, however if anything I'd buy more at the current level rather than consider selling based on the business facts as they currently stand.
