This does not sound like the rant of a 21 year old female, more like a fascist on heat. Serious lack of empathy. Like to see her get downsized through no fault of her own, and then be unable to get a job due to the recession, age or sex barriers that exist in the world. Or perhaps suffer the consequences of injuries sustained at work, in a car accident or similar which leads to a permanent loss of employment opportunities.
As for the developmentally disabled one shudders to think how she would treat them. One could expect this wisdomless nerd to be at the front of the Eugenecist's calls for de-poulation, culling and sterilisation programs.
