If Dr Reddy's are heavily discounting fonda, there's a chance that the authorized generic might become not viable anymore for Apotex.
gsk will obviously be charging Apotex a lot for their Arixtra, especially as it costs gsk more to manufacture than it does for acl/Dr R.
Another intersting thought is that it takes a long time for gsk to produce Arixtra, and they probably won't have enough in the short/medium term for the growing demand (demand from switching Lovenox users that is).
Perhaps Dr. Reddy's "production problems" has actually been them stockpiling the stuff ready to blitz the market.
Interesting times ahead, but you can be sure that Dr Reddy's will be far better sellers than gsk (just ask a bta holder about gsk). They make most of their money from Seretide!
