I think Pinon Ridge was just a possible option for BLR and more of a good indication than BLR is in a friendly mining jurisdiction.

And I’m sure BHM uses allot of water but the water is also very easily recycled so not sure a water permit would be all that necessary.

Swiss undoubtedly knows better but that just what I recall from posts and research.
