Funny how nothing ever gets said about the sums given to multinationals in this country.
Those who rip the system off or abuse such things as housing commission tenancies should be dealt with in no uncertain terms. The biggest single amount of fraud in the welfare system comes from overseas pensioners getting benefits from Australia, without admitting to getting their country of origin's pension as well. Not much said there either.
I'm against people who abuse the system too, but in the process of a never ending diatribe from the msm those who need the assistance are vilified.
Governments have never had it so good in their ability to weed out the fraudsters, so why don't they have more success. The foreign pensioners should be the easiest of the lot imo.
