I think the earlier post you're referring to related to John Deman (poster JID ?) who was a director of ASX listed Panterra Gold who are now commissioning an Albion plant in South America.
However Barry Sullivan's bio states that he worked for MIM from 1974 to 1995. MIM (now Extrata) developed the Albion process. This info is stated on the Panterra website.
Lots of related (?) dots but whether they can be joined I have no idea.
