ASF, do you mean they DIDN'T or DID acheive good results in the past. To my knowledge, they were into oil and failed at that before taking on this next failure (so far).

How do I come up with a valuation? Basically on their peers.

Cash backing and a little bit more considering they actually are in "elephant country" believe it or not.

But that 4m odd they've got will go quick IMO before they'll be hitting the market up for more money. I wonder how many would be willing to participate. Not me that's for sure.
