$5 an hour is slave labour. Obviously the director was unwilling to negotiate.
No wonder young kids would rather not work and receive the dole instead of being taken advantage of.
Hopefully they wont try and employ/rip off any other kids.
And any well paid job in aviation requires tertiary study, not 10 years of shit kicking.
