Firstly . . . . . before I answer your questions, I would request that you disclose via a permanent signature on the bottom of your posts . . . . . that you are longterm member of TAC in Colorado, which is the . . . . "Tallahassee Action Community".

TAC is a group of locals, who own land/or live in the surrounding area for the proposed BLR mine site.

I make this request because your posts are sporadic, and even though you have given this information freely in the past, many new posters may well not be aware of the fact.

As posters on here disclose that they do, or don't own shares, your case is a little special . . . . and I think an affirmative action of the above is appropriate.
