In philbar's post "nasdaq 101" of 14/2/2012 (Post no. 7745223), he indicated that "When the official announcement is made that Prima will list on the Nasdaq it is effectively 10 days notice until it actually happens."
Once the announcement is made "Then BNYM can officially start purchasing large lots of PRR shares.....etc"
If it turns out that the 14 days (as indicated in your post) is the anticipated date of Nasdaq listing, then we must be very close to an official announcement from Prima, and the commencement of the period in which BNYM can begin purchasing PRR shares.
Could we perhaps anticipate an announcement either tomorrow or Monday? The market seems to be telling us its imminent.
