I've felt a long term effection for Prima's promising technology platforms, and furthermore this extends past principle product, CVac and also Cripto-1, as their early stage research into innovative oral delivery systems for cervical cancer vaccines also holds some exciting promise imo.

As you're probably already aware these research developments are being part funded by the Australian Research Council and involve world renoun Prof Ian frazer, the developer of the worlds first cervical cancer vaccine who is also the brother of Prima's Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer, the great Dr Neil Frazer

Although we can still appreciate earlier programs carry a far greater risk factor, developing a safe and effective cancer vaccine for delivery via the oral route would be a significant scientific breakthrough, and one couldn't ask for a more dedicated team of experts to be working on this project.

You might also be interested to learn that one of Prof Frazer's good colleagues, world renown nanotechnology expert, Prof Max Lu is also collaborating on this oral delivery system project - Prof Lu was the only Australian to make Phoenix Weekly’s list of the top 50 most influential Chinese in the world.

He is also the director of the Australian Research Council Centre for functional Nanomaterials.
