AB - agree with what you're saying, though I have a slightly different take.

One is that achieving the Fed permits should boost the SP significantly higher - though I'd imagine would slowly track down again in absence of further news.

And two, doesn't your argument make now the time to buy\accumulate? The only time you wouldn't buy now is if you think the company won't get the Fed permits.
