    re: Ann: Brockman Retracts Statement Attribut... Moz, I don't think it's their concern about ASIC, more like the timetable they're operating to. I suspect that they want to tick off a couple of deals that are just waiting to be announced once the offer is deemed closed. The whole venture towards mine start up is being held up by these deals in waiting.
