re: just in front by a nose snake, don't know much at all about Record however I think this is the mob who have a lease facility to Transol through Rentworks, one of their subsidiaries. Impossible to find out an accurate picture at this stage but it appears that they are in to the tune of $4 or $5 million after buying completed installations off Transol and leasing them back.
Rentworks appear to have called in the Transol facility due to breach of one of the contract terms, if Transol folds and of course cannot keep the installations running then they are worth very little.
Very likely Rentworks could take quite a haircut on this, pretty small biccies compared to their total book but still a fair lump of money.
As I've said I know little of the details, might be a good idea to try to get an idea of the quality of their book and the talent in the company before jumping in.
