Excellent post Buster and I wish I could give you 3 thumbs up. It certainly makes this stock look so much more appealing when you put it like that.

I too have been steadily accumulating over the last 12 month but hold no where near what you’re holding as I’m only new to this. I’m a mad keen residential property investor you see and just thought Id have a crack at the share market.

Damn glad I chose PRR to have a crack at first because in two to three years time who knows, I might even have enough to pay down some negative gearing debt. I have no intention of selling my shares in the near future, oh no …..They’re my precious (as Gollum would say).
