They are not accumulating, they are borrowing. Accumulation is when someone buying on or off market is it not? They are borrowing the shares so they can sell them (distribution). Accumulation will be later at a lower level from where they distribute the majority of those borrowed shares. Hopefully they will pump the SP back to $2 before they start dumping. Hoping...

All this means is that LNC is going to become more Bot infested trading stock with more volatility. This is probably a good thing for most HC members who love ST and day trading.
