closing price predictions?, page-12

re: closing price predictions? 3.25 Shareholders have been warned (TTS ASX announcement pre-open) that they sell at their own risk if they have not confirmed they are holders.

I guess that means that if one doesn't want to expose themselves to risk, not withstanding they've been advised through announcements they have been alloted 550(assuming they lives in the right areas) what are they supposed to do?

And if the share price goes down...unlikely but hypothetically, does that mean they would have a case to take action ....as their (safe) opportunity to trade was denied?
