I don't think that FAR management would have let the price run up so much if there was something new and special unannounced.
They would have already asked for an urgent trading halt, as they did when news of the decree leaked.
If there is a speeding ticket then I think FAR's answer will depend on the Senegal decree and increasing recognition of the East African assets.
