acquisitions

in the 3B today we have the issue of 3,166,667 shares for:

"corporate brokers and advisors under terms of corporate advisory and consultancy services in relation to new project acquisitions and new business development for US and Colombian coal opportunities."

this would appear to confirm the compnay's involvement in Colombia.

but what about the US? what are they up to there?
