Absolutely astounding! Making a decision like this without any thought whatsoever for shareholders. Didn't even ask us what we think. At the very least not even an EGM to tell us what their intentions are and to answer any queries about why they're doing it and how this is meant to be the way forward?

My guess is that if the vote were to go to SH's it would almost unanimously be voted down, no logical reasoning has been put forth for any of us to understand leaving us all subject to speculate and have to find out through other sources which imo is absoutely shocking the lack of transparency.

I've seen a lot of companies fail due to bad decisions and even just plain bad luck but this takes the cake. You couldn't do worse if you tried imo which leaves me thinking "was this all intentional for some reason from the start?".
We'll never know because we've never known anything anyway...
