DNDN having to do a second phase III trial, 3 years after the first, and then being approved (even with slightly less statistical success in the second phase III trial) is exactly the sort of maddening delay that there should now be little risk of PRR suffering. It might not happen to PRR if the same events played out, but perhaps PRR has also been careful to recruit a good number of candidates to make sure it avoids it.
