I am not arguing with you Malaga as we are talking about different things. You are saying less investors entering the market equals higher rents, which might well be true. What I am saying is less investors is going to mean lower capital values.
Investors do not usually buy properties for the rent as they mostly buy for capital appreciation. So my prediction of a vicious investor cycle remains reasonable.
