Repsol & partners ,Petrobras,China Petr,yesterday
announced an oil discovery off Brazil that contains at least 250 million barrels of oil.
" Pao deAucar (well)drilled into a hydrocarbon column of 500 meters, one of the thickest discovered in Brazil to date.Located in th Campos Basin 190 kilometers off the coast in 2800 feet of water. This find is the latest in the pre-salt area."

Not to be outdone & on the same day, Petrobras announced the discovery of traces of oil & gas in the Marlim Leste field in the Campos basin, but haven't declared it commercial yet.
