So still no announcement, and Kerry Parker is in Jakarta at the moment, one can only hope he is over there signing some paper work so that an announcement can be made before the day is out. Otherwise at least a call to the ASX might be in order, pretty sure information regarding this funding arrangement meets the following criteria:


Listed companies do not need to release information to the market if the information, in full context, is not price sensitive, and to release part of it would be incomplete and misleading. 
The continuous disclosure regime is about disclosing information; it is not about the business decisions that should be made on the basis of the information.
