    Why? The news regarding the JV or anglo/arm could happen anytime between now and 2-6 weeks.

    Sure any whiff of an announcement will probably be leaked before hand and so volume and sp will pick up, but it means having to vigilantly watch for it. Could miss out on a quick 30-60% upside.
