Each draw result is independent of all previous draws...
The odds of a winning hand/draw depend on the distribution of the remaining cards/marbles and there would an optimal time to place/increase your bet depending on what profile of cards/marbles remain to be picked...
Play it by ear and keep your count of the cards/marbles...
