Market cap - Prima has 1.06B ASX shares. Divide by 30 to get 35M or so NASDAQ equivalent listed shares. At $9 we're talking $318M usd.
DNDN have 150M shares @USD14 = USD2.1B
IF Prima could get to the same market cap WITHOUT any further share issue, then we might get to AUD2.00 per ASX share. The $54 per share I think forgot to divide by 30.
The NASDAQ listing does not create ANY new shares. It MIGHT create some demand.
