if molten have been given until the 28th of February then they will respond on or by the 28th.
Molten is a canadian based company - it is currently about 8:30pm at night on monday the 27th there right now. Im sure they will respond overnight paving the way for the report tomorow.
Technically they are doing nothing wrong.
