I thought that an interdict had to be applied for before granting of liecence - i.e an injunction against one being issued ?
Everyone new that NKWE had infact applied for a mining licenece and an iderdict was not carried out by Anglo or ARM.....(I am persuming this as one would of heard through asx annoucment)

However I could be wrong.. just my take on that process.
