When brokers recommend it's usually the time to sell! You just have to time it though. In my opinion short term, Iluka will be under pressure. The dividend is already factored into the price.
Why invest in Iluka today hoping for growth if they categorically say that costs will being going up and revenues/production down?
The most recent results were already anticipated. What wasn't anticipated was next half's guidance.
