"get a grip man & grow some "Knackers"." - Why do I need to do this? When companies set our their expectations I expect them to be met. Missing deadlines makes me disappointed, hitting deadlines or exceeding them makes me happy.
If i'm in a company that continually misses the mark should I grow some "knackers" or should I switch to another company that hits its targets?
Generally speaking its a sign of very good management when they do exactly what they say they are going to do.
Im not ranting or raving and won't be shouted down by the cheerleaders so I don't need to "get a grip".
I'm holding regardless, but it doesn't mean i'm going to put a positive spin on every single event that happens.
