    Oh, I remember reading this thread last night. Rude of me not to reply seeing it had my name in it.

    Now, where was I? Oh yeah, about to jump down relaxan's throat. Right, going in now. Geez, relaxan- clean your teeth! :P

    As to IFM and the new purchase, one could think that purchasing a direct competitor- and perhaps the *only* direct competitor, has a value that is accretive in and of itself, if not immediately dollar accretive. IFM could make the new company more productive, or utilise its IP. I dunno- lots of angles to it.

    I sold IFM- and at a lower share price, of course, than it is today- because I wanted to buy some other stuff, so I freed up money. I still think it's a tidy little stock. I'll probably revisit it down the track when it is ex-dividend and see how it's travelling.
