If you can't make up your mind best not to buy! It is, and will be at least until the next Federal Election if not long, a highly speculative buy IMO. Not a stock to put more money in than you are willing to lose.

I don't trade most times, so am holding to see how things go over the next 18 to 48 months. I might make a few times my investment, or might lose a lot of it! If they make their budget then great. If not, I understand that and hence only have a very small amount in this one.
