You are always upbeat in your interpretation of OBJ statements - even their negative statements. If OBJ says they are doing good things in some area, then you say it must be even better. If they are reducing the priority of something, then you say they are playing it down because of confidentiality.

The "first positive results" comment suggests that previous results were negative, which is why they reduced its importance. Now they had their first good result, so they expanded it in that area where they had the good result. It doesn't mean they were previously down playing the microneedles because of confidentiality.
