The shortterm pain will give us a longterm gain, and thats how you have to look at it.
As painfull as it is to see capital being raised, at a time that the shareprice is so low , we have no choice unless we want ALK to stop progressing.
Short sellers , soft markets conditions and the likes have hit our shareprice like all other companies, we have to except it.
But the good news is that even with the prossible dillution in shareholders value, the long term will outlook of this company will make sure that current holders will still be wel rewarded.
You try to find another look a like company like ALK with a mining life of around 100 years or more for its flag ship project, you and I know there is NONE.
Dispite some doomsdayers have been predicting gold prices keep holding and even gaining strenght, this will all benefit ALK>
And even on the exploration front there is plenty to be positive about.
Forget about today , look at the longer term and you will sleep very well at night, as this is a first class company imho.
