MFI,RSI and stochastics indicate overbought plus its crossed the upper bollinger, however you'r right it might give a couple of pips tommorow .closed at its high @ 0.031 today and there's a massive resistance at 0.033.also i dont like it when a stock fly high with ultra high volume -it indicates theres supply in background and profit takers are lurking around.
saying all that coming to the original point can still give some pips tommorow but the sell botton should be hit on a blink of retrace ;)
