Even if EMC had handed over 99.99% pure Sc2O3 as part of the agreement, DP would have found some problems with it and would have demanded the remaining 0.01% for sure....
I was thinking his problem with the Chinese was due to some cultural / lingual misunderstanding...these were English speaking Canadians, so probably easier for him to understand....if could not convey the most basic of news then what can we expect from him...
Looks like he doesn't want a shovel to hit his tenements...as long he is there, we can kiss our chances of anything emanating from these tenements !!!
