Sorry, it's weakness. :)
Have a look at the monthly chart I've posted today of the Dow 30 - and two previous occasions of a rising Dow and falling volume. The most recent was the rise into May 2011 - volume dropping on that rise. Then, ouch.
That doesn't mean it's going to fall over tomorrow. And this could go on for a while yet.
