I think you have to wait until the offer becomes unconditional and the LG SGM is scheduled for March 6 (I think). There are other conditions that need to be satisfied as well but they will inform us if and when that happens.

If you accept the offer and the offer becomes unconditional then I think you might have to wait upto 3 weeks from the closing date of the offer (which I think is March 16). So you might get your shares by early April, assuming there are no more delays or counter offers in the interim.

By that time I don't think Dato will still be buying shares on market at the prices he is paying today for LG shares.
