    Disagree. I think if it becomes a all cash offer it will have to be at $3.03 (upper range of the BS valuation) or more. Anything will a "2" in front of it will incite more anger and resistance.

    All those acceptances so far are associates acceptances (funny money). They simply end up funnelling back to WNI eventually anyway.
