Yes mate... I know all that stuff in the guidleines etc but in real life examples... it obviously doesn't enter your (my) thinking when trying to work up the courage to have a go as a newbie in the stock market & at the same time... figure out where & when.

It's all good to sit back sarcastically & say.... well now there... you should have read rule 7, clause 3 sub section A before taking that there action.....

This is real life....
These posters i mention obviously have the respect & adoration of others so of course they are seen as the holy ones. They just MUST speak the truth....., i mean afterall... they really know their stuff.... directors names & history, geeze... they even seem like they're on first name basis with these guys... wow... they must be awesome!.....

It's only later... much further along the learning curve you start looking back thinking... now hang on a minute.... they don't know squat, they're not making money in the markets, perhaps they're not making all this wonderful information available for MY benefit afterall????? Wow.... how could i have been so stupid!!!!!

As for mutual respect...... seriously? Pot, kettle black???? Mutual respect??? Give me a break!

As for todays move.... you obviously put it down to the announcement.... if that's what you really think then that's yours..... but what about yesterdays movements? What about tomorrows movements? What about last weeks movements?

In short.... todays move was going to happen regardless of the announcement. I've been saying for the last few days that the daily chart was starting to take shape for a move up. Nothing to do with the announcement today.

I have no doubt that the announcement had an effect... of course... that's the herd mentality at work, but there's more to it than that, that's all. Anyway.... what are you saying... this is the first good announcement since 24th Jan 2009????? Surely we've had a good announcement since then???

Anyway... this is not a TA vs FA conversation, it's a conversation / post about posters blindly, blatently ramping. That's really it at the heart...lol... no pun intended.
