I fail to see how a 4 for 1 consolidation is better then a buy back.why do the big players like bhp and now Csl do buy backs.As a big holder I would not like to lose 25% of my holdings with less liquidity,a buy back gets rid of the traders to a degree which is better for long term holders,as for your down ramping if you look at the report posted on here today I would say you didn't do enough study to justify your argument plus you hold the stock which is very strange.
