2nd takeover failing despite director support

2nd Takeover attempt failing, just like first. Even with 'independent' directors saying ACCEPT, people are not stupid.

After 3 months, still only minimal acceptances trickling in from offshore. No major holders or instos accepting the offer far as I can see.

IMO the directors are fools for accepting $1.50, even with the free options. Wah nam screwed them over good. Looks like everyone else is waiting for fair value.
